Spa Day!

Hi guys! Hope everyone is well and all is good! Happy Monday. Life has been nuts lately and I feel like I haven't got the chance to update and take some time to write some stuff down! First and foremost I became an auntie to a beautiful little niece! Congrats Cam + Chrissy! Her name is Ruby Leigh Strahm and she's a doll and I'm obsessed with her.. Talk about baby hungry! Me and Adam have been working hard around the house trying to get the yard cleaned up and give it a little more curb appeal. I actually love doing yard work but it's been tonnnnssss of work! Like almost too much :) haha. But what can ya do. Life's good.

Anyways! I had the amazing opportunity to go and have a spa day at Spa Bisou in Sugar House, Utah! I have never felt more spoiled in my life! The staff and Spa Bisou was warm and welcoming and pampered me to death. If there is one thing in life that I think is super important for us ladies *yes more important than retail therapy* it is to take some time to pamper and take care of our selves. From the inside out. Our bodies are crazy and need time to re-coupe and re-energize. I think planning a spa day for yourself or with the girls (or even the hubby) is the best way to do so!

We started off the day with an amazing massage! Honestly, it was one of the best massages I've ever had in my life. I got in a terrible accident a couple years ago and she really worked on my hurt shoulder. By the end of the massage I had full flexion in that shoulder and that never happens! I felt relaxed, like she was actually listening to me and completely at home!

Which did I even talk about that? Spa Bisou was such a warm and welcoming place. I know spa's can get kinda awkward and weird sometimes but it was such a breath of fresh air. The owner Clarissa, was one of the nicest humans I've ever had the opportunity to meet. The spa is decorated so nicely with the sweetest touches everywhere.

After the massage we did a body scrub/mask. Ummm, yeah I've never had this done before and it was AMAZING! So relaxing and my skin felt like a babies butt after (I have the driest skin ever so this never happens). We then proceeded with an oxygen facial! I absolutely loveeee facials. Like I am so relaxed and it feels so good and I know my skin is going to feel like a million bucks after. Which it did, and my complexion was so dewy and pretty.

Clarissa treated me in a pedicure and made my toes look cute AF after 6 hours of yard work! And my toe nails were shaped to perfection. Like... that never happens I feel like when I normally get a pedi I wind up with a slapped on color and feel like they're in such a rush. Which I hate!

Last but certainly not least we touch up my brows! We did a technique called microblading and she made my brows look on FLEEK! (See picture below). They healed beautifully and Clarissa was so kind and sweet to make sure we got every hair exactly where it need to go and I was 100% happy. Which I was and am!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Spa Bisou. I've never been treated so kindly and had such amazing services performed. If you are in the SLC Utah area be sure to check them out! I'll leave all their information below! And book your mama a spa day for goodness sakes!
