Hi guys! Me and Adam recently had the opportunity to visit Basalt Day Spa in SLC, UT. I got to treat Adam to a full spa day and I thought it would be fun for him to take over and talk about his experience with Basalt! A spa day is such a special treat for a loved one this time of year, Basalt is definitely the place to go! It's such a beautiful and amazing spa and I can't say enough good things about them. The staff, the atmosphere, the quaint shop with locally crafted products and some of the staff's favorites as well. I could stay there all day!
Adam:
'I had the opportunity to visit Basalt and it was the freaking amazing! I was a little nervous going into it... Seems kinda girly to go to a spa, but I wasn't about to turn down a massage. When we got there everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, I immediately felt comfortable. First I got my massage and it was much needed. I swear the nice gal could literally find stress and remove it. I fell into a state of mind that was very dreamy, the kind where you can't open your eyes all the way. After the massage I got a facial... never had one before, but I'm ready for another... It was like another massage, but for your face. I wouldn't say I have the greatest skin care routine, so I really enjoyed someone doing that for me. She even did some extraction on my nose (Alexis was jealous) I left the facial in an even dreamier state and have no idea what we did the rest of the day haha. I'm ready to go back and suggest everyone check this place out!'
