Hello 2017! So excited for the new year and for the new adventures that await us! I thought now would be the perfect time to jot down some of my new year resolutions and hold myself accountable for those! I've been thinking a lot about how I want to improve and grow as an individual and how I can slowly mold myself in to the human being I'd like to eventually become. 

- Less worrying, more doing

- Don't compare myself to others, rather, lift up those around me

- More yoga, meditation, self reflection

- Read more, or listen to e-books

- Stay informed about current events happening throughout the world

- Discover new music

- Be kind to everyone always. Life is too short.

- Speak with love

- Listen with intention

 - Exercise regularly while eliminating processed sugar 

- Listen to my body and act on its needs

- Say 3 things I'm grateful for each day, out loud

- Continue to learn

- Spread positivity wherever I go

- Let go of things that are out of your control



The list goes on, but these are some of the ones that I thought I'd jot down this morning. I truly believe in new year resolutions. I feel like the new year is a time for reflection and hope. That throughout the new year we can grow, change and develop into a better human being. That's all for now loves! Happy New Year!
