Vintage is good. Real good. But how good is modern vintage? It's too good. Let me introduce you to Meilai Rags. A) they have awesome unique pieces that will be sure to make you feel one of a kind. B) they have pieces like I've never seen before in re-furbished vintage! This high low dress/shirt is from Meilai Rags and I love it! You could pair it with tight skinny jeans or do what I did and throw on a pair of denim cut offs. I threw a belt on my waist to make sure I still had some definition with all the baggy clothes I put on for this outfit!
