Raw Food Cleanse by Penni Shelton) and I couldn't wait to get my hands on some of these delicious raw food recipes!! Anyways I went to our local farmers market Ridley's… which has thee most amazing deals on fresh local produce… And I got everything I could possibly think of that was a raw yummy treat. We had our first raw dinner the other night and it was
AMAZING! I made the best dressing / recipe below / and paired it with fresh greens and some bright delicious veggies! The way I felt after eating a completely raw salad with homemade raw dressing was amazing! I can't believe how much of an impact dressing can have on the overall feeling of eating a salad. Anyways I will keep you guys posted on my overall results and how I feel and continue to put up some fun recipes! Also if you haven't gotten this book get it asap! Eating raw can be

I had a lot of fun taking pictures of our fresh delicious produce!! I thought I'd have some fun with it =). But anyways this book is amazing and the recipe of the dressing is as followed:
Cilantro Lime Dressing:
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Pinch of minced garlic
Puree cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, lime zest, salt, pepper and garlic in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Delicious…. and super easy! In our salad I put down organic spinach, fresh broccoli (uncooked), blackberries, bell peppers, and raw unsalted cashews and topped it with the delicious dressing! I can hardly wait to get my hands on another salad with that dressing! I will post another recipe for a smoothie we've been having that is to die for and is SOOOOO healthy! Yaya!
